Brady Walker, MFA.

Brady has a Master of Fine Arts degree in directing and theatre design.

Brady is a lover of art in any form, but he specifically specializes in theatre arts. He found his love of theatre as a young child, and this love has blossomed into a career path. He took his first role in a play in high school and continued from there to have a passion to implement the arts back into education. He started directing when in his senior year of high school, and he has continued with both his passion for acting and directing. He has had the opportunity to work on many different shows throughout his early career. Brady teaches 10th grade Advanced English and serves as the theatre director at Stanhope-Elmore High School. He is currently building a theatre program from nothing and is showing the value and importance of the arts in education. Brady is involved in the various community theatres in the River Region area of central Alabama. He is also serving as a board member at Prattville’s Way Off Broadway Theatre.

 

George Partridge

Lt Colonel, USAF (Retired). George grew up working on his Dad’s small cotton farm in Georgia. He achieved his dream of becoming a fighter pilot. He published his autobiography: ‘My Story… and I’m Sticking to it - I Think’. In the first week his book went to #1 in its category on Amazon Hot New Releases. In 2018, George was inducted into the Georgia Military Veterans Hall of Fame for valor in combat during his service in Vietnam.

 

Margarita Partridge

Margarita was a child performer. Her first role at the age of four was as an angel in the infant school nativity play.  By the age of six she played her first major role in Babes in the Wood. She made many appearances in the annual Christmas pantomimes, and in all the musicals in the local amateur dramatics productions. She trained as a dancer. Margarita was a regular contestant in the childrens summer beach talent contests, performing various numbers by Freddie and the Dreamers, Jerry and the Pacemakers, Dusty Springfield, Cilla Black, Paul Anka, Neil Sedaka, or whoever was featured on Sunday Night at the London Palladium. Contestants won a stick of rock candy at each contest. She writes poetry and lyrics, as well as having written articles for music magazines, and interviewed many prominent artists.

Margarita graduated as a Registered Nurse. She was employed as a senior manager in the British National Health Service and in Social Services in the U.K. She served in international medical missions as a nurse, teacher, and mentor in developing countries, and in HIV education and prevention. She was a Laubach literacy tutor, and ESL tutor. She retired from nursing and teaching after a heart attack. Margarita still goes to the beach, and she still knows every word of every song she sang. 

Margarita served as the Chairperson of the 2023 Alabama International Fringe Festival.

NINa Garcia

Cast to play Betsy Loveless in Tolpuddle! the Musical. Nina began performing at the age of nine as fiddle player and singer in a folk rock band with her family in The Sydling Stompers. They supported the Dubliners and Davey Arthur from the Fureys.

In 2010, Nina embarked upon a solo career as Nina Garcia – Fiery Fiddle Driven Celtic, Pop and Party. She currently performs River Dance style jigs and reels, and sings cover songs from many genres. She has often performed at Southampton and London Boat Show, and has performed at functions in Amarillo, Texas and Wellington, South Africa. Nina also composes and records her own material. In 2013, Nina was chosen by the well-known composer for TV, Leigh Haggerwood, to sing harmony with the highly acclaimed Florin Street Band on their Christmas release, Winter Wonder. During 2016, Nina was commissioned by St Margaret’s Hospice to write the lyrics for their charity song, entitled Making Each Day Count.

Ryan Thornhill

Ryan is a native of Pennsylvania and a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and holds a BA in Theatre with a concentration in directing. While at University, Ryan was award a Certificate of Merit from the Kennedy Center for his assistant direction of Noel Cowards “Hay Fever”

and his production of “Tick Tick Boom!” was selected to perform at the Kennedy Center ACTF Fringe Festival. Since then, Ryan has been travelling the world living in Australia, New Zealand and China and directed theatre pieces along the way. In the beginning of 2020 he created a digital social media theatre space, Thornhill Theatre Space. TTS started with a live stream table reading series titled “Couch Readings” featuring new plays from around the world. In August of 2020,

Ryan produced an award-winning world-wide virtual fringe festival showcasing over 30 events from over 7 countries. For their organization of their virtual fringe festival TTS was awarded the Off West End ONEOFF award. Ryan also directed pieces for virtual events throughout 2020 from around the globe and continues to create and produce virtual events that showcases theatre from around the world, making it accessible to everyone. 

Ryan was the Festival Director for the 2023 inaugural Alabama International Fringe Festival. He also directed ‘Tolpuddle the Musical’. The play was featured at the Shakespeare Garden amphitheater at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, and was performed at Prattville’s Way Off Broadway Theatre.

 

Trevor Matthews

Trevor is a co-producer on Tolpuddle! the Musical. He is the CEO of Wessex Films Production Company, with 50 years of TV, film and radio broadcast experience, including ITV and BBC.

He has filmed the British Royal Family and five British Prime Ministers.

He filmed the Beatles first concert in Paris, France. He has worked at Pinewood film studios, and with the Royal Navy Secret Filming Unit. In Hollywood he assisted with the production of the Frank Sinatra Radio Show, and the Bob Hope and Bing Crosby Radio Show.

He is the Chair of the Social Committee, Weymouth and Portland Chamber of Commerce.

Terell Davy

A native New Yorker and graduate from the Manhattan School of Music, Terell has a unique style all his own. 

He has performed throughout the US and venues such as Brooklyn's Keyspan Stadium, Nassau Coliseum, colleges and youth camps. 

The father of three is often described as a true communicator through song. His listeners enjoy the soundscape of soul, urban flavor and a true pop sensibility in every performance. Terell's honest energy will carry his audience on a journey through raw emotion, reflection and musical beauty as he shares how God has worked in his life and his journey through faith, loss and hope. 

Terell's life's ambition is to share music that inspires and touches the hearts of others and leads them to a relationship with Jesus. With a solid background in classical voice, Terell is also influenced by a wide variety of modern styles. This tapestry of style only enhances the power of his music. 

No stranger to tragedy, Terell understands the pain of loss. At the age of three both of his parents died, months apart. Through his faith he is able to take the emotion behind these experiences and channel that energy into creating music that any listener can appreciate and relate t0.

Now based in Nashville, he continues to grow as an artist and person. It is his vision to present every song as insight and perspective to the experiences and challenges that life presents, and how faith makes it possible to overcome. His topics range from love and family to his spiritual life and personal journey and discovering who God truly is. Every song contains truth and depth allowing the listener to relate in a very personal way.
